Full House Asbestos Removal — Weatherboard Home
Complete bonded asbestos removal from a 1960s weatherboard home ahead of major renovation. Internal walls, ceilings, eaves, external cladding, fencing and garage all contained asbestos materials.
The Challenge
The 1962 home had asbestos in virtually every building element — internal linings, external cladding, eaves, soffits, fencing, and even the garage. The owners were planning an extensive renovation and builder liability insurance required full asbestos clearance before any construction work could begin.
Our Solution
We set up full exclusion zones with HAZMAT signage, established decontamination facilities, and removed all asbestos-containing materials room by room using correct PPE and wet methods. All waste was double-bagged, sealed and transported to licensed disposal. We coordinated an independent hygienist who issued a clearance certificate within 24 hours of completion, allowing the builder to start immediately.

Full-Floor Office Strip-Out — 600m² Tenancy
Complete strip-out of a 600m² commercial office floor in the Brisbane CBD. Walls, floor coverings, suspended ceiling, kitchenettes, and all fixtures removed ahead of a full-level refurbishment.
The Challenge
The tenancy was on the 14th floor of a premium CBD building with strict noise, dust and lift-usage controls. Work could only be done outside standard business hours (6pm–6am) to avoid disrupting other tenants. The building management required a SWMS and sign-off before any work commenced.
Our Solution
We completed the entire strip-out across five night shifts. Materials were bagged and moved via the goods lift with floor-protection runners. All walls, ceilings, carpet, kitchenettes, joinery and fixtures were removed. The space was left clean, bare-shell and ready for the fit-out contractor. Zero complaints from neighbouring tenancies and the property manager received their bond return in full.

Retail Shop Strip-Out — Shopping Centre Tenancy
Full retail tenancy strip-out in a major shopping centre. Fixtures, fittings, wall partitions, floor coverings and all shopfront elements removed over a single weekend to minimise business disruption.
The Challenge
The centre required the outgoing tenant's shop to be completely cleared and returned to 'vanilla shell' condition before the new tenant could begin their fit-out. Work had to happen between Saturday 5pm and Monday 6am — a 37-hour window — with zero disruption to adjacent operating stores. Centre management had strict OH&S and insurance requirements.
Our Solution
We deployed a 6-person crew working in two rotating shifts across the weekend. All shop fixtures, signage, wall partitions, floor coverings, suspended ceiling tiles and lighting were removed. The space was pressure-washed, all debris removed via the rear loading dock, and the tenancy was handed over clean and empty on Monday morning — 2 hours ahead of schedule.

Full House Asbestos Removal — Stripped to Frame
Complete bonded asbestos removal from a full asbestos home, stripped right back to the bare timber frame. Internal walls, ceilings, eaves, bathroom, laundry and external cladding all contained asbestos materials.
The Challenge
The owners of this asbestos-clad home were undertaking a full knockdown-rebuild renovation. The entire structure had asbestos in every internal lining, the bathroom and laundry walls, ceiling sheets, eaves linings and the original external cladding — it was a full asbestos home from top to bottom. With a builder booked to start framing modifications immediately, every trace of asbestos had to be removed and a clearance certificate issued before any construction work could begin.
Our Solution
We set up full exclusion zones with HAZMAT signage and decontamination units, then worked systematically through the home — bathroom, laundry, kitchen, living areas and bedrooms. All asbestos-containing materials were removed using wet methods, double-bagged and sealed for transport to a licensed disposal facility. External cladding, eaves and soffits were removed section by section around the perimeter. An independent hygienist inspected the site and issued a clearance certificate within 24 hours, allowing the builder to start framing modifications immediately.

Asbestos Cement Roof Removal — 150m² Holland Park Home
Safe removal of 150m² of asbestos cement ('Super Six') roofing from a Holland Park family home. Full PPE containment, wet methods, licensed disposal and re-roofing coordination included.
The Challenge
The 1970s home had 150m² of original asbestos cement roofing that was deteriorating and leaking. The homeowners were preparing to sell and the building inspection report flagged the roof as a major concern — it needed to be removed and replaced before the property could go to market. Access was tight, with neighbouring properties on both boundaries and the home still occupied during the work.
Our Solution
We set up full exclusion zones with scaffolding and HAZMAT signage around the perimeter. Our licensed team worked in full PPE and respirators, removing the asbestos sheets using wet methods to suppress any dust. All sheets were double-bagged, sealed and lowered safely to ground level for transport to a licensed disposal facility. We coordinated directly with the re-roofing contractor so new Colorbond roofing went on within 48 hours of the asbestos being cleared.

Large-Scale Concrete Grinding — 800m² Commercial Floor
Complete concrete grinding, adhesive removal and surface preparation across 800m² of commercial floor space ahead of epoxy coating installation. Dust-controlled with HEPA extraction throughout.
The Challenge
The 800m² commercial space had 3 different floor surfaces: old carpet with decades-old glue, vinyl tiles with bitumen adhesive, and bare concrete with paint overspray from a previous fit-out. Every surface needed to be ground back to clean, profiled concrete so the epoxy flooring contractor could achieve a flawless finish. The project had a hard 3-day deadline before the epoxy team was booked.
Our Solution
We deployed two industrial grinders with HEPA dust extraction running simultaneously. Day 1 removed carpet glue and vinyl adhesive. Day 2 tackled the bitumen-backed areas with diamond tooling. Day 3 profiled all remaining areas and detailed the edges. The entire space was vacuumed, inspected, and handed over at 3pm on Day 3 — clean, profiled concrete with zero dust residue.

Full Property Clearance — Deceased Estate 3-Bedroom Home
Complete junk removal and property clean-up of a 3-bedroom deceased estate. Furniture, household goods, garden waste, shed contents and garage cleared — property left clean and ready for sale agent.
The Challenge
The executor was based interstate and needed the Chermside property completely cleared before sale. The 3-bedroom home, double garage, garden shed and yard were full of accumulated possessions spanning 40+ years. Items ranged from furniture and whitegoods to old paint tins, chemicals, tools and garden waste. The real estate agent needed the property 'photo-ready' within a week.
Our Solution
We completed the clearance in 2 days with a 4-person crew. Day 1: all rooms cleared of furniture, household items, carpets and curtains. Day 2: garage, shed and yard cleared. Recyclable materials (metal, timber, green waste) were separated and sent to appropriate facilities. Hazardous items (paint, chemicals, old fuel) were identified and disposed of at licensed facilities. The house was swept, windows cleaned, and lawns mowed — photo-ready by 3pm on Day 2.

Bathroom & Downstairs Living Room Asbestos Removal
Complete bonded asbestos removal from a downstairs bathroom and adjoining living room in a 1970s Gold Coast home. Internal walls, ceiling linings and vinyl floor backing all contained asbestos materials.
The Challenge
The downstairs bathroom and adjoining living room in this 1970s home both tested positive for asbestos in the wall linings, ceiling sheets and vinyl floor backing. The homeowners were undertaking a full downstairs renovation and builder liability insurance required a clearance certificate before any construction work could commence. The family remained living upstairs throughout the project.
Our Solution
We set up full containment and HAZMAT signage in the downstairs area, sealed off the staircase with plastic sheeting, and worked systematically through the bathroom first, then the living room. All asbestos wall linings, ceiling sheets and vinyl floor backing were removed using wet methods, double-bagged and sealed for licensed disposal. We coordinated the independent hygienist who issued a clearance certificate within 24 hours, allowing the builder to start the renovation on schedule.
