Kitchens are the heart of the home and a complex space to strip out — there's plumbing, gas, electrical, rangehood ducting, and often multiple layers of flooring and splashback materials. In older Brisbane homes (pre-1990), kitchen walls and ceilings may also contain asbestos. We're fully licensed to identify and safely remove any asbestos found during the strip-out.
We carefully disconnect and cap all services — water, gas and power — so your kitchen installer has a clean slate. All cabinetry, benchtops, splashbacks, appliances and flooring are removed and responsibly disposed of. You get one contractor handling the whole demolition phase — less stress, fewer trades to coordinate.
